Delivery time: The average delivery time is 7 to 12 business days after receipt of payment. During periods of high demand or on public holidays, delivery may take somewhat longer.

Tracking: After shipment, you will receive a tracking code by email, allowing you to track your order online at any time.

Customs and import duties: Orders from abroad may be subject to customs fees. Any such additional costs are borne by the customer.

Delivery issues: If your order does not arrive on time or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
