By accessing and using this website, you agree to the following general terms and conditions.

1. About the Shop and Provider

SchweizerHaustier.ch is an online shop based in Switzerland. The website is operated by the sole proprietorship SchweizerHaustier.ch – Julio Bacariza Gonzalez, Tivoli Garten: Sandäckerstrasse 7A, 8957 Spreitenbach, Aargau – Switzerland (email: kontakt@schweizerhaustier.ch, phone: +41 77 221 4948). In the MENU, you must select the country in which you are making the purchase, and the amount will then be displayed in the corresponding national currency. If you select Switzerland, the amount will be displayed in CHF.

2. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you have provided is true and complete. Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout (including TWINT and credit cards via Shopify Payments). We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or insufficient stock availability.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped directly to your delivery address via our logistics partner. The average delivery time is 7 to 12 business days after payment confirmation.

4. Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Refunds

Customers are entitled to a right of withdrawal. You have the right to return ordered products within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging. 5. Liability

SchweizerHaustier.ch is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or damages arising from improper use of the purchased products. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the respective product.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms, as well as all legal relationships between SchweizerHaustier.ch and the customer, are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The competent Swiss courts at the provider's registered place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
